Alaskans have enough time and resources to prepare for this year’s flu season, considering that there are now at least 13 different kinds of flu vaccines for them to choose from. KLDG 89.9 FM talked to Rosayln Singleton, staff physician at the Department of Health and Social Services, who demonstrated the usefulness of Flu Mist, Flu Block, and other vaccines to different people. She also said that the variety ensures that the state won’t run out of vaccines any time soon, which is reassuring considering Alaska’s history with the flu:
